Meet The Owner

Maggie Valenzuela was born and raised in the Omaha, Nebraska Metropolitan area. She started dancing at the age of three. Maggie danced at Dance Unlimited in Omaha, under the direction of Jessalynn Siwa, where she started competition dance at the age of eight. She began her serious dancing career with Gigi Haase-Sothan at Storm Jazz Company in Lincoln, Nebraska, where Maggie was given many opportunities to excel and travel the United States competing regionally and on a National level. At the age of 17 Maggie started teaching classes at the studio and thats where her passion for choreography and teaching younger kids started. Maggie was part of her State Champion Dance Team in High School, where she helped with choreography as well. Upon graduating High School, Maggie continued teaching in various studios in the Omaha area, which eventually led her to be one of the Lead Choreographers at Motion 41 Dance under the direction of Susan Chowning. In 2018 her husbands career lead Maggie to move to the Des Moines, IA area where she had the privilege of being the Assistant Competition Director at a studio in Marshalltown, Iowa.

   Maggie has choreographed state routines for High School Dance Teams both in Iowa and Nebraska. She has been a judge for high school auditions, and travels to judge dance competitions throughout the United States. Maggie has taken instruction from so many amazing professionals in the field and continues her dance education while attending dance conventions, and virtual teacher workshops. Maggie is a wife, a mom, a dog mom, and a passionate teacher who can’t wait to share her love for dance with you!
